Little Moses has been sick several times over recent months and everyone thought it was malaria. Yesterday (Thursday, 21 February) he became sick again with a very high temperature (106 degrees). Sarah took him to see a doctor in Kampala who used to work at Great Ormond St hospital, London and was told he needs an urgent operation to remove his tonsils and a very nasty sack of pus!.

The operation is scheduled for Monday morning at Mengo hospital, Kampala and will cost £750. In the meantime, Moses is on a IV.

We desparately need your help to pay for the operation. Any donation, however small, will be greatly appreciated. Just click on the Donate button at the top of the page.

We must say a big Thank You to TUSC Uganda, who transported Sarah & Moses to Kampala today, and who have offered to provide transport again on Monday.

22 February 2013
