Message from Kate Lawrence about ASCO

Kate Lawrence has just returned from Jinja and sent us the following message –

I did have a great time in Jinja and feel rather ‘out of body’ after leaving the UK in the worst snow in years, hitting Jinja at 30 degrees and now home again freezing, but hey ho, that’s life in the fast lane!
ASCO is remarkably well. I noted the calm atmosphere and how happy and secure the boys come across. I taught them every morning for the week, and they were all ready and willing to learn whatever I dished out. It was easy to see the improvement in their spoken English and their confidence grew over the days to speak.
Physically, the house is very clean and looks to be in good order. Sarah, Moses, Jonathan and the others keep the boys very busy with their day to day practical life jobs.
